Packaging has been my primary focus for the last several years. I relish the challenge of considering the design from every angle, often optimizing small spaces and anticipating consumer engagement in store.

Included in this section are products on shelf as well as conceptual design. When the project calls for it, my process goes from hand sketches, to rough concepts, to final design.

Days spent in a photo studio, for this art director, are like field trip days in elementary school. There is a wonderful energy, and an immediate kinship between the folks on set. It's one of the many aspects I enjoy about my role of 'making things pretty'.

In this digital age, there's still nothing like taking a leisurely stroll through a magazine, catalog or cookbook or receiving an actual invitation in the mail. The tactile quality of print materials and the ability to take your time with a piece makes for a one of a kind experience.
